​Senior Client Director
Ultra High Net Worth Travel & Security Planner

Location: London, United Kingdom (Remote Role - 50% Travel Required to APAC)

Due to exceptional growth, we are seeking a Senior Client Director to join our elite team.

The Role

As our Senior Client Director, you will take ownership of all aspects of travel and security planning for a select portfolio of influential clients. You’ll be the single point of contact, responsible for designing and delivering flawless, end-to-end travel and security solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage the latest intelligence, and utilize a global network of partners to ensure each client’s safety, privacy, and comfort at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the principal advisor and advocate for UHNW and executive clients, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and risk profiles.

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships, anticipating client requirements and proactively offering solutions.

    • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times.

  • Travel & Security Planning

    • Design highly personalized and secure travel itineraries, including private aviation, luxury accommodations, ground transport, and on-the-ground security.

    • Conduct detailed risk assessments and implement robust security measures across all touchpoints.

    • Oversee crisis management planning and provide 24/7 support for emergency situations.

  • Team Leadership & Coordination

    • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including security professionals, travel experts, and local partners worldwide.

    • Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and duty of care.

    • Train and mentor junior team members.

  • Intelligence & Vendor Management

    • Liaise with global intelligence partners to monitor emerging threats and ensure proactive mitigation.

    • Source, vet, and manage best-in-class third-party providers (aviation, close protection, luxury services, etc.).

  • Continuous Improvement

    • Review and enhance existing protocols, leveraging new technologies and best practices.

    • Gather and act on client feedback to exceed expectations and drive service innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a senior client-facing role within travel security, executive protection, luxury concierge, or a related field, with demonstrable experience serving UHNW individuals or C-suite executives.

  • Expertise: Proven expertise in high-level travel planning, risk assessment, executive protection, and crisis management.

  • Network: Extensive global network of trusted partners and service providers.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to command trust and inspire confidence at all levels.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the latest security technology, intelligence platforms, and travel management tools.

  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional languages highly desirable.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally at short notice and provide out-of-hours support as required.
